Everything was perfectly organized, spotless, and beautifully maintained, creating an atmosphere of calm, luxury, and care throughout our entire stay. From arrival to departure, our experience at this resort was exceptional. The airport transfer was seamless, with no waiting at all, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a domestic flight, which immediately exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with music and genuine warmth. The reception team was incredibly professional and kind, making us feel instantly comfortable. A special thank you to Siti, who assisted us with exceptional professionalism and kindness. She was always smiling, explained everything clearly, and was available whenever we needed anything, making our stay effortless and truly enjoyable. We would also like to give special recognition to Ricardo, who played a key role in helping my partner organize a beautiful marriage proposal. His support, discretion, and attention to detail were invaluable in making this unforgettable moment absolutely perfect. The restaurant team deserves the highest praise. From the very first moment, Rumesh Lilan, Fairooz, Dhaain, Shifaz, Nihaan, Raufa, and Ricardo were incredibly kind, positive, and attentive. They always served us with genuine smiles, constantly checking on us and making sure we were comfortable and happy. They also helped discreetly keep the surprise my partner had planned, which made the entire experience even more special. The room service and the laundry room were so helpful and everything was super clean. Another unforgettable highlight was the Sand Bank experience, which was a gift from my partner. With the wonderful help of Menaka, Fulu, and Salina, everything was executed perfectly. They were exceptionally polite, helpful, professional, and always smiling, ensuring that the surprise turned out beyond perfect.
