Summary: Cinnamon was overall okay and average. The excursions that were offered had a person minimum, so they regularly were cancelled. They had planned events on their itinerary but when the time came, the majority were cancelled without notice. The room was clean and housekeeping was great. Shared bathroom areas were dirty along with outdoor dining areas. The wait/kitchen staff were fantastic and friendly but the reception and customer service staff were hard to deal with. The Maldives did not meet our expectations, but the Cinnamon resort itself was in a beautiful location and offered a relaxing stay.
